Fees and Refund Policy

At ApplyOne, we are dedicated to helping students around the world achieve their educational goals by providing access to quality institutions and supporting them throughout the visa application process. To ensure we can offer these services effectively, we charge a Processing Fee of $150 USD for certain applicants. The criteria for this fee are outlined below and may be updated periodically at ApplyOne’s discretion.

Criteria for Processing Fee Application:

1. Age Considerations:

  • Applicants who are above the age of 27 and applying for undergraduate programs will incur a Processing Fee.
  • For those seeking graduate studies, the Processing Fee applies to applicants older than 35.

2. Language Proficiency:

  • Applicants from Iraq, India, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka who do not meet the minimum English language standards for non-conditional acceptance are required to pay the Processing Fee.

3. Education and Visa Background:

  • Any applicant with an educational gap exceeding 8 years is subject to the Processing Fee.
  • Applicants who have been denied a visa by Canada, the USA, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, or Australia—countries that share biometric data—will also need to pay the Processing Fee.

4. Academic Level and Study Field:

  • If an applicant is applying for a degree at the same or a lower educational level than they currently hold (e.g., a bachelor’s degree holder applying for another undergraduate degree), the Processing Fee will be applied.
  • Similarly, applicants aiming to pursue a field of study that is not related to their prior education (e.g., transitioning from a game design degree to a Master of Laws) must pay the Processing Fee.

5. Passport Origin:

  • Passport holders from countries with historically low visa approval rates will be required to pay the Processing Fee. This includes, but is not limited to, nationals from Eritrea, Georgia, Somalia, Afghanistan, Burundi, Angola, Gambia, Congo, Guinea, Ethiopia, Chad, Cameroon, Haiti, Nepal, Uzbekistan, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Rwanda, Algeria, Palestinian Authority, and Yemen.

Additional Information:

  • Fee Adjustments: ApplyOne reserves the right to alter, refund, or waive the Processing Fee based on its sole discretion. Changes to the fee can occur at any stage of the application process, and your continued use of our services will be taken as acceptance of any such modifications.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: In some cases, ApplyOne may require a non-refundable deposit for particular programs. The specifics of this deposit will be determined by ApplyOne.
  • Exemptions: The Processing Fee does not apply to students who are already in the host country with a valid student visa and are applying for another program within the same country.
  • Application Limits: Once the Processing Fee has been paid, applicants can apply to up to three programs until an acceptance confirmation is received. If an applicant wishes to apply to additional programs beyond the initial three, or if they have been accepted but decide to apply for other programs, an additional Processing Fee may be necessary.

Refund Guidelines:

The Processing Fee is non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • If the applicant fails to submit the required documents.
  • If the applicant’s visa application is denied.
  • If the applicant cancels or withdraws their application.

Refunds of the Processing Fee may be considered, at ApplyOne’s discretion, in the following cases:

  • The applicant is granted a visa, and ApplyOne confirms their enrollment at the educational institution.
  • The application is formally rejected by all the institutions that were applied to.

Note: If a refund is provided, the Processing Fee may be re-applied if the applicant submits further applications after the refund.

At ApplyOne, we strive for transparency and fairness in all our processes, ensuring that students have the best possible chance to pursue their educational dreams globally.
